Unique Review Panels A Review Panel Panel is the group of people within your organization that review applications. These are usually content experts. You can have a review panel for a specific job or for a group of positions.

Number of users The Free plan allows up to three users – these would typically be an Administrator, a Screener and the Hiring Manager. This will allow the basic recruitment workflow. Upgrade to a paid account to enable Review Panels and increase the number of users.

Real Time Reports

Additional locations Free and Standard Plans allow one location. The Premium Plan allows unlimited locations – ideal for companies with branch offices that want to centrally manage their recruitment process and build a company-wide talent pool.

Sub Administrators The ability to add Sub Administrators comes with the Premium Plan. For companies with multiple locations this allows each location to manage their own recruitment workflow in coordination with the parent organization and build a company-wide talent pool.

Configurable workflow You decide who participates in your recruitment workflow and what role they play. There are four key roles: Administrator (and/or sub administrator if multiple locations), Screener, Review Panel Member, and Hiring Manager. You determine the workflow process for consideration of applicants.
